The residence of Peter Amondji located at the Riviera-Golf, in the vicinity of that of Alassane Ouattara was demolished yesterday by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Government Ouattara, according to credible sources. Demolition confirmed by the concerned who does not understand the motives of the act of the Minister Mamadou Sanogo. He knows only a few months, the Ministry of Construction harassment to force him to demolish the house on the grounds that it would be located on the influence of the future third bridge-Marcory Riviera.

Yet, according to Pierre Amondji, all studies that were conducted as part of the bridge exclude his residence.

In August last, by mail, the Ministry of Construction had asked Mr. Amondji to assess the cost of investments in the field. This was done by the care of a real estate expert. And while the former governor of the District of Abidjan waiting to sit down with people in the Ministry of Construction to find a solution to the problem, he learns that his home was demolished.

All indications are that the real reason for the demolition is in the fact that the residence of Amondji is too close to that of Mr. Ouattara. A crime of lese majesty, so to speak.
